Gluten free Brown Ciabatta Rolls - Former winners of the "Breads & Bread Mixes" category in the Freefrom Food Awards. Judges claimed "A really outstanding product - first bread without codex wheat starch that really manages to successfully mimic the texture of real bread."

These Brown Ciabatta Rolls come in a pack of four. They are perfect for packed lunches, dunking in soup or warming in the oven to dip in olive oil. These Brown Ciabatta Rolls are also a source of fibre and low in saturated fat. Suitable for people with coeliac disease, the recipe is also free from gluten, wheat, preservatives and lactose.

This product has been certified to be low in FODMAPs under the Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Programme.

Maize starch, sourdough (14%) [rice flour, water], water , rice flour, sunflower seeds (7%), buckwheat flour (6.5%), flax seeds (5.5%), sugar syrup, vegetable fibre (psyllium, apple), yeast, rice starch, apple extract, thickener [hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose], soya protein, sunflower oil, salt, acids [tartaric acid].
