Refund policy

Summary

We have a 30-day return policy for all re-saleable items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will arrange postage for you and you will also be able to request packing materials if necessary.

The cost of postage, packaging, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


Damages

Damages must be reported via our Damage Report Form within 48 hours of receipt as per our Damages Policy.

This policy concerns returns for re-saleable items.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return your item must reach us in re-saleable condition in all its original packaging.

 

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns on reduced-to-clear items.

Items sent to us without first requesting a return may not be refunded and may not be returned to you.

 

To start a return

Some customers using the Shopify Shop app will be able to request and pay for returns automatically. Other customers should contact us to request a return.

If your return request is accepted we will send you instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Please let us know if you need packaging materials.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method, less the cost of postage, packaging, and a 5% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.

If your return is not approved you will be given the opportunity to pay for the cost of returning the item to you.

 


Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges. Please request a return for your unwanted item and then place a new order.
