A good curry takes time to prepare. Unless you use this Thai Red Curry Stir-in sauce from Bay's Kitchen, of course. Coconut, lemongrass, red chillies, and spices have all been perfectly balanced and the flavours allowed to marry, so all that's left for you to do is to heat it up. Combine it with your favourite chicken, tofu, or vegetables, and serve over rice (freshly steamed jasmine rice for the authentic flavour) and voilà, a time-honoured classic prepared in moments.
