Massel 7's are the go-to brand for Low FODMAP stock cubes. This 10 pack of vegan "beef style" cubes also comes in delicious vegetable or vegan "chicken style". All Massel products are plant-based, certified Low FODMAP by Monash University, and certified kosher pareve by Kosher Australia.

To prepare, dissolve 1 cube in 1 cup or 250ml of hot water for a delicious consomme, use 1 cube to flavour your 2 minute noodles, or crumble a cube in the pot while cooking to add depth and flavour to your dish.

Low fod map women
Ideal For Everyone On A Low Fod Map Diet

Very tasty low fod map beef stock cubes! Make lovely gravy and are Ideal to add to a beef casserole. Been buying these in bulk since I started a low fod map diet. Brilliant that they're now available in boxes too. Wouldn't want to be without them in my cupboard. Quick delivery from fodpod, whom I'm very happy to recommend to other customers.
