Biofair Organic Tricolore Quinoa brings a burst of colour to your favourite savoury dishes and salads. It is high in fibre, is a good source of protein, and with a generous Monash green serving of 155g cooked this versatile trio of quinoa grains is also Low FODMAP.
To cook it, take one part quinoa grain, rinse it well, and cook with two parts water. (So for example for 80g quinoa use 160ml water.) Bring it to the boil and simmer for approximately 10 minutes with the lid on. Remove it from the heat and leave it covered until all the liquid is absorbed.
