Multigrain Penne Pasta with Buckwheat & Quinoa (500g)


This Doves Farm Multigrain Penne Pasta is made from a hearty yet gluten free blend of organic maize, rice, buckwheat and quinoa flours. It's just as quick to prepare as other pastas when rustling up a store-cupboard dinner, but even more delicious for a more sophisticated main course with a twist.

To cook this pasta, use 1 litre of water and 1/2 tsp salt per 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.

At Fodpod we recommend a portion size of 60g if the pasta is served with sauce and protein, or 80-100g if served with something lighter such as olive oil, rocket, and parmesan shavings.
