Doves Farm's award-winning Gluten Free and Organic Brown Rice Spaghetti is a wholegrain pasta, made in Italy from brown rice. There's no need to change your cooking or eating habits, and guests may not even realise they're eating gluten free pasta.
To prepare, use 1 litre of water and 1/2 tsp salt for every 100g of pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
Fodpod recommends a serving size of 60g when paired with meat and protein, or 80-100g when paired with something lighter like olive oil, basil, and parmesan.
