Doves Farm's award-winning Gluten Free and Organic Brown Rice Fusilli is sure to be a hit with those avoiding wheat and gluten. This delicious wholegrain pasta is made in Italy from brown rice. There's no need to change your cooking or eating habits with this pasta, and guests may not even realise they're eating gluten free pasta!
To prepare, use 1 litre of water and 1/2 tsp salt per 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
Fodpod recommends a serving size of 60g if you're pairing it with sauce and protein, or 80-100g if paired with something lighter such as pesto.
