    Despite the name, buckwheat is not related to wheat. On the contrary it is one of the most versatile gluten free grains, and is central to many international recipes from Japanese soba noodles to French galettes. Our 3rd generation producer has been milling buckwheat for over 100 years in the north of Italy.

    Clearspring Buckwheat Flour contains all the nutrients of the whole grain with only the inedible part of the husk removed during the milling process. It is high in fibre and is a source of protein.

    Use Clearspring Buckwheat flour to make gluten free breads, noodles, galettes, and porridge. It can also add a touch of sweetness and a slight nutty flavour to scones and muffins.
