Sanchi's naturally-brewed organic Tamari Soy Sauce is a traditional Japanese product. Made the time-honoured way using only soya beans, they are naturally fermented in cedar casks over two years to make sure every batch has a beautiful, full flavour.
Simply add a few drops to soups, meat sauces, fish or vegetables to bring a true flavour of Japan to your cooking. Or of course you can also use it for dipping!
