Sensitive tummies often struggle with mango chutney, possibly because mango is naturally high in fructose (and so is considered a high FODMAP food). But Bay's Kitchen have come to the rescue with this Low FODMAP mango chutney. They have cleverly added pineapple to their recipe, a fruit equally as sweet but much lower in FODMAPs, to make a fresh and vibrant Mango & Pineapple Chutney that's also easy on your tummy. It's the perfect accompaniment to just about any curry and goes great with poppadoms or naan bread. Just remember that the Low FODMAP serve is 30g!

Mango (47%), Pineapple (15%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Water, Sugar, Dextrose, Ginger, Cornflour, Salt, Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Cassia, Black Pepper, Cloves), Roasted Cumin Seeds, Dried Red Chillies.
